Ok... here is my great ideia! The ninja, until don't be Chunin, don't choose jobs, only is a team mate and do missions!
When is Chunin, he choose a job:
-Spie: Spies, has a special train to spy!! They have light skills, and speed! They camuflage and they have a high risc to be dead! They frquently use skills, like replacement tecnique and "transformation"(I forgot the name xD)
-Medic: Medics, they always go to school to learn new tecniques! They always are called for battle to help the team mates!They have a special train of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu! They earn very money thanks to missions!
-Assassin: Assassins, are special! They always have good stuff hand alot of tecniques! They have a special train on Genjutsu, Ninjutsu and Taijutsu! Some of the Assassins have Kinjutsu!
-teacher: Teacher are very important! They follow the students and teach them strategy! Have train on all tecqniques, but not a special ones!
- Protector: Protectors, can protect Hokages or another guys! They earn very money, and they have special train on defense and Genjutsu!!!
- Guard: Guards, protect their village! They have high skills, and alot of tecniques! They have alot of riscs, but they have food for free!
- Deliver: They always go on group, they gave mensages to another people of another Village! They are trained for light speed and on weapons, special swords and kunais!
- Worker: Worker, can search for items and make their own weapons! They also learn how to camuflage better and upgrade weapons!!

Ok.... That's my ideia! Hope you like!

The Delivery profession is great because sometimes when a Village is getting poor, And your Village is in an Alliance with the other one, Your Kage might want you to bring A Large some of money to the Other Village.
But For the cook :S, I dont think it'll work.

The Ones that Will Be responsable for Food WIll be NPCs, Like Ichiruka.

You can have these as guides to follow or certain missions can specify what type of action is more suited. But in-game you will need to develop your character somewhere inbetween all these 'classes' to make your own.

Jobs are good to have as a ninja, I don't think you'd be able to pick just one though. You're a ninja, you do everything. It is just up to the Kage who he/she thinks is most qualified for the task. Like escorting or delivering would be a D-rank mission so Genins (with their team leader) would do these missions unless they need to be done and the request is Urgent and then the Kage would send someone that is really fast and light on their feet. So really... the jobs are up to the kage, if he/she's a smart kage then they will know their shinobi quite well and know which teams are best for what.

I think these jobs should be in the game...because we will have different class of ninjas but not every1 wants to be the same so maybe jobs will make people different.

Don't hate me, but I think this is a terrible idea. It contradicts with the very basic idea of Clans, that you will choose at the beginning of the game.

We are trying to make a unique game not copy other games, where you reach lvl 20 you become acrobat, and once u reach lvl 60 you become a ranger.

You will choose your clan(kaguya,uchiha,haku,akimichi,aburame......)

Your style will be determined from there.

But clan will determine, your main jutsus. And hopefully you will acuire jutsus that compliment your clan jutsus.

For example for akimichi(taijutsu clan)
You will train taijutsu, to get your clan jutsus. And hopefully you will get other non clan taijutsu skills.
~But you dont want to train ninjutsu as your main stat, and get ninjutsus as akimichi, because it doesnt compliment your basic clan style.(You can do it if you want, but you would be in disadvatage)

But you will be able to aquire hundres of jutsu.
Like raikiri,rasengan,ELEMENTAL jutsus(100ds right there), summoning jutsus.............

Well...what you're talking about is Clan jutsus and Clan abilities. What he was trying to put is jobs you can get to receive extra money or items, nothing to do with jutsus or abilities

Exactly. Which is why it's a decent idea with a few touch ups could be a great idea.
