bloodline limits with the eye

most players are going to want to have bloodline limits like sharingan and byakugan. for these people i think that when they attempt to do these things like to see a certain distance then like a zoom in camaraish effect would show up (but that depends on wat they want their limit to do). with sharingan it should slow down time a little (there should be a limit on how long they get to use the eyes (or any othe limit)
