ASSASSIN List
this was in another game, anyone who put an assassin mask on could be killed by anyone but they always had parties
so when they killed some1, their name came on a assassin list on the nearest town + the person they had killed.
Now for our game:
we make the same system, every person who kills some1 else gets his name on teh assassin list + a bounty on him
depending on howmany people he has killed and which ppl he has killed...
then u can take the "quest" from the assassin list, kill him and get your reward.
and if its some1 who killed like your guildleader and is realy powerfull, u can put some money on his bounty, to lure high level players to kill him
or people can group up to kill him and split the money...
When the assassin dies, he just loses Half the bounty money that was on his head, if he doesn't have the money...
he gets a debuff for x-amount of minutes or something (this should be discussed)
and ye, if a noob kills another level 10 noob, the bounty is merely like 20game money :p but if they kill a level80 player, the bounty is 80000game money and if they kill the Guildleader of the Defending Guild of a enemy country, the bounty is realy high.
what do assassins gain? they gain some money each time they kill an enemy player (enemy to their country or clan), they gain nothing if they kill a friendly player
and this idea can keep going but im tired of fightin :p

That's a good idea. Perhaps the people who make the bounty though will have to meet you to give you the money. Which could work good with huge ambushes. That would be neat.

Thats a good idea, but i dont like the idea of having the game being purely based on levels. I think it should be based on skill, and how much you train in certain ninja arts.

It really isn't based on levels. It's more based on mastering ninjutsu, and different types of taijutsu and genjutsu. As I said in another post, it don't matter if you have all the power and don't know how to play, a level 5 could beat a level 80 if he knows how to play with basic skills like kawarimi no jutsu and bunshin no jutsu. It's all about skill. I promise you the game is gonna be awesome. We won't release it at all if we aren't happy with the end result.

I don't really think a level 5 could beat a level 80 . Because the level 80 has way more HP and way more resistance than the level 5. Which means the level 80 could beat in him in few hits. But Its true that a level 5 could beat a higher level than him due because he can play well. But the percentage of that happening might be very low

Not really. Say the level 80 is a complete n00b. He couldn't beat the level 5 because of the fact that the level 5 is well rehearsed where it really matters.

Well I guess that if he got to level 80 then he's no noob O.o. Because Like we said to get to level 80 it will be uber hard. So it means he has put a lot of time in the game knowing how to play his strategy's. I'm not saying its impossible but the chance of that happening might be small

He wouldn't be a complete n00b. He just might not have gotten into many pvp fights.

maybe if the lvl 80 goes afk for 10 minutes, in that time the lvl 5 attacks him constantly, maybe then lvl 5 could kill the lvl 80.-

if you think about it if, lvl 5=(~)80
then pretty much the game consists of chakra(~),health(~),what jutsus you got.
but if lvl 80>5
then the game consists of health,chakra,jutsu,taijutsu,ninjutsu,genjutsu +more(movement speed,chara control...)

Yes i now exactly what you mean what you say the lvl 5 will be able to kill lvl 80.
~we dont want to make it so that it is impossible for lvl 5 to kill lvl 80(like lvl 5 is hitting constant 5s on lvl 80) and lvl 80 has 500,000 health.
i mean if there is a total of 100 lvls, lvl 60 in theory could be able to ill lvl 100 with good
but at such low lvls you simply would not have the stats to inflict needed amount of damage to stand a change.
But at higher lvls, for example your lvl 60 vs lvl 100... you have the ability to inflict large damage, of course the lvl lvl 100 will have advatage over you in all aspects, but if your lucky and you play right, and he messes up, of course you can kill him.

I get what you mean . I think we chose that the cap would be level 80. But like you said a level 5 wouldn't deal great damage to a level 80 which for example has 500,000 HP and the level 5 who just became a genin with 1,500 HP. He would be able to hit him but the damage would be pitiful.
