Sooo, here's a new idea

Ingame, most of the jonins are also a teacher, excapt the ones in ANBU ...
So we should let high rank ppl become a teacher (as a job?) and pay them or so, all genins get a teacher assigned
and all he has to do is to protect them when they need it or so i dno xD talk about it

So maybe a "mentor system" where high lvl players(jounins) help out newbies(genins) for some kind of exp\item reward.
