Ok, The Cursed seal. How do you get it? You will have the opportunity to meet Orochimaru (uber hard to find). He will give you a quest to fulfill in which he will decide if you're worthy of his teachings. If you complete the quest (which will be hard), he will give you the cursed seal.
You receive the cursed seal, how does it activates? For those who don't rememeber, the cursed seal reacts to the User's Chakra. Which means if one's Chakra is at half way out he could use the cursed seal skill lvl 1. When he has 1/3 Chakra left then he will be able to do lvl 2.
What will it give to the user? Stat increase:

Dex, Str, End, Agi....we will say...about +15 for each stats. Which means it will add about 5,000 HP/SP.

Or add it to the clans that lack varietfy of clan jutsu.
Like kaguya... I dont think it should be for every clan, and every character... only to the clans that are a little bit lacking something.

we could add this to forbidden skills for missing nins, remember missing nins are welcome nowhere so they dont ahve normal teachers to teach em skills :p this can then also be used as a temp buff ;D

" As a form of control, the Sound ninja Orochimaru will place cursed seals on those he wishes to grant more power. Orochimaru developed the enzyme to create the cursed seal from a young man named Juugo who sought help from him. Juugo's body naturally entered into this "Level 1" and "Level 2" state, which caused him to lose control and enter a state of powerful blood lust. Orochimaru experimented with this ability and developed a way to grant this power to other normal ninja. Once the seal is placed on a ninja the chance of surviving is one in ten.

Once in place the seal will grant the wearer the ability to access their real power. By releasing chakra, the seal becomes active and begins to forcibly pull out even more chakra. When the wearer releases the cursed seal to activate the extra chakra, they will lose their free will permanently over time, transforming the user into Orochimaru's slave.

When a user first receives the cursed seal on their body, they are only able to access the "Level 1" power. With time the infection can spread and gain a "Level 2" power. The Level 2 form will dramatically increase the wearer's power. When initiated, the Level 2 power will also manifest physical changes in the wearer. The seal will end up covering their entire body, the skin color will change and protrusions will begin to sprout from different parts of the body. The changes inherent in the different forms resemble the changes undergone by Juugo as well.

The spread of the Level 2 power can come in two fashions: 1) The natural spread of the infection over time. 2) The drinking of the Seishingan drug, which places the individual into a near death state. By ingesting the drug, the enzyme infection will forceful spread and cause the body to die. However, the use of the Four Sounds barrier jutsu will reduce the side effect of the curse and allow the body time to adjust to the level of infection without the individual expiring. Once the body is able to handle the infection, the users Level 2 power will then be fully activated."

As we know that only Sound Village (Otto country) can contain this ability since it hasnt been explained in the anime but only the manga how this curse seal was origially a clans technique that Orochimaru extracted from a prisoner who wouldnt leave the prison in fear of what horrable things he would do unwillingly while being set free by Sasuke. The Prisoner had been consumed by his technique and can not control his actions other then to wish to stay contained. so there is a very heavy price with this power enough to distroy your character.

I like the way you have the cursed seal set up and all. I do think it should be granted to missing nin but not every missing nin can have it. Once one goes missing nin he must then seek out Orochimaru (which would be in sound), once found he would tell you if you are capable of achieving the Cursed seal. If you are he'd give you a quest to 'confirm your loyalty' and with that if you complete his quest he would bite you. The cool spin could be, you could master the cursed seal so that it would grant you 1.5x more on your stats. So say the cursed seal gave you (level 1) +10 DEX, the mastered cursed seal (level 1) would give you +15 DEX instead.

Yea..I like the way you developed it...But to make sure that not everyone knows where Oro is we could change his location when someone finds him. because he might just tell his friend where he's located and has the cursed seal too >.>

That's if he could get it. It could be a random chance at 'birth' (aka when you make your character). I do like the idea of changing locations though. Orochimaru did have many hideouts.

we should make location in the sound and leaf country, since he was there alot of the time. he would dissapear and reappear after half an hour in being at that spot

i think the best way is that you do chain Missions(Missions that are related to each other), and the last mission tells you to go someplace and orichimaro will be waiting for you, so when you arrive there he will appear and gives one last
mission(it got to be hard) to see if you are worthy of getting the seal, and after you do it you come back to him and he will mark you with the seal that will grow as you proceed

note: if the lvl cap is 80, then you have to be lvl 60 to get the first chain Mission
and every 5 lvls it will reach a new lvl, example:

lvl 1 Seal (requires lvl 65): when activated it will be for 10 seconds,in that 10 seconds your damge will increase by 5% but your health will dicrease by 1% per second (and only the the three circles on your back(shoulder) will appear)

lvl 2 Seal (requires lvl 70): when activated it will be for 30 seconds,in that 30 seconds your damge will increase by 10%

(and half your body will have the black marks)

lvl 3 Seal (requires lvl 75):when activated it will be for 1 minute,in that 1 minute your damge will increase by 15% and hit and movement speed increased by 10%(and all your body will be covered with the black marks and a purple chakra aura around you)

lvl 4 Seal (requires lvl 80): when activated it will be for 2 minutes,in that 2 minutes your damge will
increase by 25% and defense increased by 10% (your charectar's body will change) like sasuke and the sound five

Cooldowns: all 10 minutes, exept lvl 4 20 minutes

Eumm..ok..first, there's only 2 levels of Cursed seal.
Second, we shouldn't make a level requirement for it, my only guess is that you have to find Orochimaru.
Third, I guess there will be a power boost, but there will be a side-effect.

i know that they are just 2 levels, but the the first 3 lvls i talked about, consider them as phases of lvl 1

and lvl requirement is better, because if you just find orichimaru then you just get it. that would be tooooooo easy

and i think that only at the beginning of it there should be a side effect, then it goes
(just like what happened to sasuke when he first got it and he was always in pain, but then the pain went away and he just got stronger)

Well that's why we said that when you find Oro...you just don't obtain the cursed seal like that, he will give you a hard mission to complete.

5. There is a Evil Sealing Jutsu that can help control the release of the Curse Seal
6. Overtime you become permanently at Orochimaru's will
7. Excessive use will cause you to be absorbed by the Curse Seal

Its not the cats Meow like people think so it shouldnt be easily obtained

LOl, thanks to explain it Sithex . But remember, we won't do it like the show, and Orochimaru will be an NPC, so we can't make people to do his will since he doesn't have a mind.
