Technical
This is my technical drawing that demonstrates how animations will be applied to any character mesh. Hopefully we will be able to have different character appearances by being able to have different textures, models and sizes of the model for each part of the custom character.

Yea maybe we should give an extra Damage for the over-sized people. So they would get some advantages and people would love to pick them

I was thinking of the same thing.
Since that new game engine solraize and other are working on is so amazing.
We could make it so that bigger people deal more damage with taijutsu.
But smaller people are harder to hit, so they are better at dodging since there is less of them to hit compared to a big person.
But if you think about it, its not a such a good idea...

Well, it is good implementing that because we don't want only normal sized-people >.>. If we get to give a special add-up to sizes, it should get people to get varied. Example: bigger sized people will deal more damage, or like you said smaller sized people will be hard to target, i dunno

Well its an idea to keep in our head, later on when the game engine is done, we might start considering these things.
I like it and at the same time I don't like it, because I now there will be complaints why can he dodge better than me, and why does he do more damage than me, even if i have more taijutsu.
Well where the logic falls behind this theory, that the strength possessed by characters is from chakra not physical size.
Physical size deals with kinetic energy, and you can make arm twice as big but it will only do so much more damage compared to chakra.
i dont know... maybe....
