we should make it where you can dispell there bunshin and genjutsus like in the anime, but you have to be good at Genjutsu, and also maybe you have to have been cault in it once r twice? and for the bunshin if they have more bunshins then u can make maybe you can't dispell them? idk how that would work but idk sounds good ^^;

Yet, if your genjutsu is around the same level, you have a good chance as well. As for the bunshins.. there won't be TONS running around, seeing as the only person that can make tons is Naruto. So the most should be like 4 or so.

Nope, anyone in Hidden Leaf village can learn it (scroll is placed there), but it will be hard to do so without being caught by ANBU and such.

To be honest, I think players expect in a Naruto game what they see in the manga/anime, so we should let them make similar things.

Of course they do, but there is limits to normal shinobi. Sasuke.. he can't make 1000 kagebunshins, his stamina level is just too low. The only reason naruto can is because of the kyuubi.

he has a point..i mean really Naruto is the only one that can make 2093489023480923409 kagebunshins...and it's only b/c of Kyuubi, so maybe if u steal kyuubi from naruto then u can do a lot of bunshins??

Yeah, as we have discussed, the possibility to steal bijuu from the host. If you have a bijuu you have higher stamina and in return chakra, so you can do more bunshins.

How you would steal it is like how the Akatsuki have. It will give the missing ninja something to work for. You must be very strong and know how to do it obviously.

Also I think to make it more interesting we need to give these players
lots of chakra to make people want to be them and to make them a
powerful force against a whole ninja village. Of course the
bijuu's will have to be tranferrable but only by the high level /
secret sealing techniques (take KO'd player back to village to find
higher lvl'ers maybe), and will have to be done after defeating the
bijuu which will involve fighting that whole team.

maybe, everytime your character gets caught in genjutsu, your detection or resilliance towards genjutsu of that type goes up, and also when you level the resilliance/detection goes up slightly towards all genjutsu types.
So people who have been caught in it a lot and are a high level, can easily break that genjutsu.
Alternativly, someone who is level 1 and has never been caught in genjutsu before cannot break any genjutsu.

Since Genjutsu is creating a illusion by manipulating your chakra flow making the exoperiance feel real. As some of us know from the anime (I dont read the Manga) that Kai doesnt always work if the Genjutsu is too strong. Only if another person inserts their Chakra into the person under genjutsu's causeing they're chakra to fluxuate therefore dispelling the Genjutsu
