Hello. I am new here. Very Happy I would really like to help this game.
1. We shouldn't have skill points ( thats just no sense and crappy )
And any jutsu cap. Thats just so unreal!
2. Lock on ( 0-9 ) fighting system sucks. Maybe we use lock on but
the person should perform the jutsu himself. ( Handseals )
Handseals should be on buttons and player can change them.
Thats the most coolest thing and will give real playing exp. So you can get
Hand seal mastery up.
3.Really please dont make stat caps. Making just freaking hard to get it really hard
Lets say the cap is 12000. If you reach it then you need to train them normally like
using taijutsu for tai lv up and ninjutsu for nin lv up. lets say you got 12000 tai you need then like 1000 exp of tai to get it higer by 50 or so. and every tai exp gives like 5 - 20 tai exp. So its freaking hard but isnt really capped. With every tai lv up you need 100 more exp. Same thing for hp,chakra, and so on.
4.Akatsuki should be but you need jounin rank, make some quests, and be lucky to get in. In akatsuki like 12 spots.
5.We should add Sage system aswell!
6.The 1-9 tailed should be like that. We know that the weakest is 1 tailed and strongest 9 tailed. Lover lvs can control just 1 tailed and higher up to 9 tailed.
Shukaku is 1 tailed. He should pover up earth jutsus and maybe wind jutsus.
7.Dont make the sky or backroung very dark ( when its day ) some games have that
and it really ruins the gameplay.
8.Element system. Everyone can choose 1 element at first. Later can optain with rank ups more.

NO CAPS! NO SKILL POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BUT MAKE THE OVER CAP LEVELING HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!
And i would really like to help if need me ( i can draw very good, music eheh xD, martial art for taijutsu ( WuShu, kung fu, Jeet-Kune-Do and some more ) i can 3D with Solid Edge xD, and photoshop. )

OH and make the clan jutsus obtain by lv ( example )
USCHIA
LV1. Some punches
LV5. Some shuriken skill
LV10 Great fireball
12. and so on.
JUST CLAN JUTSUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We plan on having no caps.(although it will be hard to train if you are at "cap" of genin or chuunin rank, so u will need to procede into chuunin or jouning lvl for training to be normal again.
We plan on having 9 demons(but the 9 tail wont be strongest... they all will have +s and -s.
Akatsuki, you will need to be a rogue ninja only. And good(one of the best on server) at Pvp\pk to get in. Stats or lvls dont determine whether you get in there or not. only skill does.
It will be somewhat based on cartoon style so the colors will be easy to see. and we will make the world vivid.


Of course nothing is for sure yet, we will really start looking into these thigs after the game engine is done....

I think that 9 Tailed should be the strongest...but the rarest of all...since I think we are planning to make them Mobs first. Plus, about Akatsuki, maybe the leader should decide who get in.

well, its obvious there isnt gonna be any lock ons, its manual, you charge the jutsu, then move to them and fire away (or so i think). skill points arnt gonna be there, its, the level requirment to get jutsu, and to level the skills up, you probrably have to use them. e.g. use a jutsu over 1000 times then it levels up, or if your taijutsu or genjutsu or jinjutsu stats get to a certain point, then the justu levels up

If the akatsuki leader will decide who joins akatsuki, he will only let his friends join.

Not exactly, since if someone kills him they can take his place...and don't forget that they have a goal too...so we should take the bests.

Akatsuki shouldn't be taken randomly...and also not only the strongest has the best bijuu Razz (example: Naruto has the 9 tailed beast...and in my eyes, he's the weakest). And Element will probably be (and should be) random

there should be a team of strongest players called akatsuki, but there should also be other bad-guys teams that missin nins can make and name, akatsuki can be ppl with highest honor rankings or so, missing nins that have won the most battles, or killed anyone who was on the quest to kill them even though it was a S-classed mission and so on Very Happy ... hardcore players ^^

This thought just came to me. How about this: Instead of copying every clan in naruto, let people make their own clans which will be guilds, and when a person joins the guild he can take advantage of that clans(guilds) ability and develop it.

It would either be permanent where you u can leave the guild but never have another special clan jutsu or when you leave the clan the special jutsu is removed and you can join another clan and develop their jutsu from the beginning.

we couldn't rly allow that cuz when ppl are allowed to make a clan and make an "special ability" it could outbalance the clan
Or maybe limit their options in some way to keep the balance but i dno
