Please elaborate your idea in greather detail , so we can paint a picture in our heads of what you are talking about.
We can come up with random village names to lol, we need to understand how it will function.

Maybe this villages clans would be genjutsu based.

The buildings would have abstract look, and the village would always be under a night sky, and the sky would be filled with stars thats why the village is called village hidden in the stars.

The reason why the village is under a night sky 24\7, because long time ago powerful genjutsu master(the founder of the village) cast a powerfull genjutsu and people still see it to this day and no1 can dispell it since its of such high lvl genjutsu.

Economy
This villages people would specialize in genjutsu, special plants would be found only in this village. Since the conditions for the plant to grow are to get no sunlight, only starlight.

And that special plant could be used to make the most powerful soldier pills, and medicines(and more, please suggest what else) by the medic clan.
But only the villagers could access the farming fields, because they would have special village jutsu that allows them to focus star light to open the gates of stars to the farming field.
But once the gate is open, it would stay open for 25 seconds, so villagers could open the gates to outside village people for a little fee.

If I remember correctly their village was at the site of a giant crater and they trained in front of alien chakra infused meteorite to gain special powers. Also their village leader was named Hoshikage which translates to Star Shadow.

ok hees how i rember it from the show they how these star powers they have this sacred metiorite that made the "new" emporer crazy basically they have these chakra wigs around thems selves that most likely cant be broken
