Neji, Orochimari, Kakashi :P
Hey I got these models from Ramunas. Kakashi and Neji are very old models so they suck xD. But he hasn't got enough time to help so he gave them to me ^^ What do you think? Rate them from 0 to 10.
Kakashi+Textured.(except headband+eyes)
Orochimaru+Non-textured.
Neji+Textured+Rigs.

Real nice models. Did u make them or did you find them somewhere.
Are they models+ Clothes?
Or u modeled them as they look.

Hello, guys.
Well, the first line of it CLEARLY says, that the true and original author of the models is.... me. Anyway, like Peter mentioned before, Neji and Kakashi are very old models of mine, so that causes a wrong topology/polyflow, but though, everything is editable and easy fixable, as I have modeled them back those days, when I've started or used to create models for DBS, so nothing good to expect, heh. Oorochimaru is the newiest one, which I've created like a week ago, just because I was bare-bored. Unfortunately, I don't work for any mod projects anymor as I'm increasing my skills somewhere else and gaining much more experience then I could at mod.Anyhow, if anyone is up to chat to me, my msn is amnepx@yahoo.com but I WON'T WORK for any mod.Someone asked if they had an editable mouths. Nope, they don't. As Kakashi don't ment to have, I haven't done it. Neji could have it. I gave my these models for you and let you to edit them, but on top that, proper credits must go for me. Well for our game project, we won't need face rigs. It's not an option really because of the number of player models that will be on-screen at any given time. We could however use a few face meshes that have expressions..see MakeHuman for how that would work.
May I also again stress that all content, including but not limited to 3d models and artwork, must be made from scratch just for this project. And we're making customized characters..we definately won't be using Naruto characters anytime soon.
Looking at those models is fine, but if you want to be a modeller you need to know how to produce decent models from scratch.
But at times like this..you can really see how things are going to work in the end

I disagree, Because think about all the clans that use there eyes, that use there mouth to do certain jutsus.
Like we should do simpler rigs, for eyes, and mouth. But then we would need to make complex faces.
(this would not apply for all clans)
But like that clan that plays flute to bring monsters tayuya or something, uchiha, hyuuga, change there eyes.
Orichimaru opens mouth to bring sword from mouth.
Like we will want to have similar things to that, and some clans we will need face rigs... not complete ones... but at least mouth and eyes.

Like I said, it's a technical/performance limitation. Having a face rig for every onscreen mesh isn't a viable option.
We can have face mesh morphing though; this will give us any facial expression and the chance to mix between any of them in-game.

eyes wont be a problem, as we could just use textures for it.
