Terminology

I think that we should set some ground rules for some of the things we are talking about, just because some people can get confused on what we could be trying to say. People come from different mmo and fps backgrounds so things can get confusing.

Im not saying that this is what all these words should mean, someone else can decide that, but I think should be discussed so people wont be confused!

Team - is a group of players (max 4 example is Kakashi's Team 7 made up of himself, Naruto Sakura, and Sasuka)

*Squad - a group of people made up of more than one team - 2 teams combined or more.

Clan - This is blood clan, such as the Uchiha clan. And it refers to bloodlines, only (where you get your Kekkei Genkai) I know I played First Person Shooters, and when you refered to a clan, you meant a group of people who played together. But I think that using the word clan should refer to a bloodline because of how the Naruto universe is.

Organization's (like a Guild) (Org. for short) - Example is Akaktutski, ANBU, or one that you can create or join. This can be rouge ninja that are working together, or like the ANBU, groups of ninja from the same village that work under there Kage, however are a part of there own group.

Any other ideas, or better idea than what I got! It's just reading some of there posts I was getting confused on when they would be refering to the word CLAN, and if they ment something like the Hyauuga Clan or a group of people who play together. Also this can change! its just my opinion.

because if you make a unique game that is different from other MMO's, and people talk, then people who wont know anything about Naruto would be intrested to play this game, because of how the gameplay is.

No need to be sorry, what I say may sound harsh but I mean it in a nice way. I just want the same goal as everyone else! to play this frickin game already! but we must wait, and make sure its done right!

And to be honest, I was always getting confused with what people are saying sometimes, when they refer to Clans and then I have to sit there and think about which way they ment Clan

true is convinient to have a guide about these things. but i recall 1st
hand experience is usually better. i mean, when i see a computer. i
immediately "know" what it does and what it is and its functions,
without even wording it to myself. but when you someone tells you what
it does and and its intel, it isnt the same. when he explains it to
you, you wont understand it fully because its worded in a way that he
knows. e.g. in my perspective "photoshop, internet, talk to other
people" thats about it (breifly) but when someone explains it to you
they would usually say "the computer is a machine that calculates data,
its used to communicate across vast distances at impossible speeds,
games and other exercises can be experienced aswell. it is used for
pleasure (porn) (about 70% of internet users do it) (this also includes
10% of children who are exposed to internet aged 12-10), or it is used
for work (shares, etc.)

so i reckon it best to give guides in the game oh just let the players learn it them selves. after all i had to
