Also My LATEST work is ..well conflicting. It's a peice that I did for MY Naruto 3d MMO idea I've had in my
head, got a nice big design doc and all was planning to work on it so I built up this really low poly base
to start with, texturing it tonight then working on different clothing designs and such.
Made a couple of examples of just random clothing put on top to see what it would look like. Not so bad, hopefully my limited texturing skills can make it all shine. They'll have ink outer borders ingame so next shot with texture will have that.

Nice, I'm sure I've seen these before. Looking at the first image, in particular the hair, I'd say aim for much higher poly. I'm not sure how hair will be implemented but I imagine it will actually be similar to cloth simulation, so the hair you model could be converted to a physics version of the same hair mesh.

Well for Taru Nedo he's really meant to have bulky spikey hair, when the texture comes on it it will look a bit better rest assured since I'm doing bone animation not physics. I'm not a particular fan of physics on characters unless it's necessary, bone animation is the way to go for me , lots of control.

Just introducing myself as Sw0rdm3n said, not really particularly interested in joining as I have my own little scheme working with a few buddies but otherwise just dont have the time.

Male Base Mesh -
Everthing in white is just a placeholder for other shirts,shorts,pants,hair, etc. The Bandana I kept in because until further notice you'll normally have the bandana on your head which should be no surprise.
Hair Example / FaceCloseup -
Hair example ( nonshaded) with a closeup of the face texture. I'm not a texture artist but I dont think its that bad : \. I'll have my concept artist whip up some clothing ideas asap so that I can start doing tests for both hair and clothing to at least get some nice male characters ingame. Then onto work on the Female Base mesh!
All the colors ( skin, hair, eyes ) are interchangable! Want an afroninja ? Sure ya do! Blondehaired albino!?! Haha why not!
Hopefully not too shabby for a first media release!
