Beggining missions /choices

When u start you will be a low rank ninja with few jutsus ( maybe no jutsu) your first mission should be to steal a scroll and keep it out of enemy hands. but it should be your choice to give it to kage and complete your mission or keep it for your self and say u failed so u can learn the jutsu or what ever might be in the scroll how ever if u do this to much u may get investigated by the ninja (like anbu black ops) of your own village and if you are found out then they will try kill u or remove u from the village , u will no longer be safe in your village coasing u to have no choice but to leave and beacome a rouge ninja.

maybe there can be a place that is nutral or somthing and u can stay there and get missions from the nutral zones leader in return of housing the nutral zones missions or just steal more jutsu.!?!?

There most definitely should be a neutral village or sorts, that is away from war. Perhaps have a 'black market' type of thing in this town that is rare to every other town. This could be the only place people could sell higher level stuff. The part about stealing the scroll, it would really depend on what's on the scroll though. A major part of the game is to be VERY independant, and this includes the jutsu's you can learn will be different from your friends. So say you can learn what's on the scroll but your friend cant, what option does he have? It would work if they were very basic, but isn't that what the academy is for? Being taught how to do the basics and then learning from your jounin team leader? ^^; this and missions will take up a bunch of your time as a Genin. Plus war won't always give you enough time to FINE TUNE your jutsu training. It will be a hecktik fun time lol.
