Well Sorlaize and i have been talking for a few weeks...and we have made alot of good idea's

-sharingan lvl1 = DEX+4, mana = -1/sec
-sharinganlvl2 = DEX+10, mana = -2/sec
-sharinganlvl3 = DEX+20, STR + 10, Evasion rate = +3%, mana = -10/sec
-MS = DEX+20, STR+10, Evasion rate = +4%, You get 1 temporary skill while being in MS state, mana = -30/sec
-EMS = DEX+20, STR+10, Evasion rate = +4%, You get 3 temporary skills while being in EMS state, mana = -40/sec...Posted by Rave xD

Yeah this is should be the start of my point...Since we are working with Naruto...Yeah Erm Naruto Don't work with Magic! Mana should not be needed xD Chakra can act as mana ;D and the lvl 3 sharingan has the requirement of str...this should require str too so it would work as a flow...

-sharingan lvl1 =Dex +5, Str+5, Chakra = -1/10 seconds

Ok Next level!

This is ok abit seems to have the flow with Level 1 xD Yes well Str should be applied and a extra -1 since it is the next level using more chakra... so!

Ok This is Ok Chakra seems fine...The Evasion rate should be higher because this is the third best sharingan...
it should be +6%...Str Should be like Dex +20

This is Mostly wrong...Stats like lvl3? wouldn't be right lol Ok then lets get started!...The Dex should be 35 because MS is extremely hard to get...so Str +35, Evasion should be higher so Evasion +12%...Skills is WRONG! Lol Exactly wrong should be 3 skills xD which is Amaterasu,Tsukuyomi,Susanoo Itachi has got MS he used all 3...Why should we get 1? XD Chakra seems fine!

The Fix!:

-MS = DEX+35, STR+35, Evasion rate = 12%, You get 3 temporary skill while being in MS state, Chakra = -30/sec

Now the Eternal Mangekyou xD

-EMS = DEX+20, STR+10, Evasion rate = +4%, You get 3 temporary skills while being in EMS state, Chakra = -40/3 sec...

Hmm Wrong Eternal is a really powerfull mangekyou but no much details have been posted its exactly like MS soo the Dex should be higher same as Str Say 40 ...Evasion should be the same as MS...Now Chakra...This should go Lower! Since the darkness never came back so Chakra -20/second...Skills are unknown So 3 skills


the fix!

-EMS = DEX+40, STR+40, Evasion rate = +12%, You get 3 temporary skills while being in EMS State, chakra = -20/2 sec

Now Sasuke's 6 pointed Star Mangekyou...

There are reasons why i didn't do stuff u said:

-first of all, we must keep balance, u dont everyone choosing teh uchiha clan cuz the would make the game suck,
so thats why i didn't increase the stats too much and only gave MS one temp skill , sure u can boost those stats up, but then teh level requierment for the skill has to increase too , to fit the balance.

Then at some point u say -2 chakra / 8sec?  that means -0.25/sec which is wrong so fix it :p, the same goes for -10/5sec and -40/3 secs

then again, i also said all of these are examples, u can't decides this stuff before creating every race of the game.

so ye, the key point is BALANCE, if something in manga destroys the balance, then we can not use it... or u have to use it at high lvls and make something up for all teh other races ...

I know Balance yes this is if we go ahead with the plan this is not the only KeKe Genkai we're going to discuss about...there are ke genkai's which have the ability over Sharingan...

and it has been discussed elsewhere that people can steal the sharingan from itachi if you are strong enough to kill him, so not only uchiha's can have it.

Lies.Uchiha Can only have it because Madara's is a Combined of his brother and him...Their Sharingan needs to resemble parts of each other ^^

Not lies. Kakashi and Uchiha Obito. The eye was transfered because Obito was dying. Kakashi's body is not Uchiha yet he can use it, perhaps not to the extent of a Uchiha but still quite well. Therefore, the implantation of a doujutsu such as the sharingan is possible.

Its a Normal Sharingan Kakashi was born without the sharingan...So Such an Eternal Sharingan can't happen without two Uchiha's...

Yeah like Kakashi. So a player who obtains a sharingan will have more chakra used up from it (I'd say something like 30% unless there's a specified amount in the manga?)
