Learning Elemental Jutsus
Ok, so when you start as a Academy student you have no jutsus, to be a Genin you need the 3 basic Jutsus: Clone, Transform, Replacement. Now as A Genin, by Talking to your Elemental Skill Master, he will show you the list of all the Jutsus you can have to lvl 80. Jutsus will have a Level requirement, you can purchase them & learn them just after. When the Jutsu is learned, by pressing "J", you will have the list of all Jutsus learned, to put the one you want in the Hotkeys down the screen, you will need to right click it.

Definitely a decent idea ^^;. When you are a lower level (we've already talked about this lol) you will have an easier time training your jutsu to max, but when you are higher it will get more difficult, the same with leveling right? Say for instance you attack a person 10 levels lower than you, and his jutsu is maxed RIGHT out and your's is quite low but is a higher level jutsu (as long as it's not alot higher level), you will lose because his is maxed and you just got yours.

Decent? That's how life works. You could be stronger than someone but if they know how to use their body to their advantage.. you lose, it's how it goes.

Re: Learning Elemental Jutsus
well id have to agree with both of you for instance it is true Tesengu about what you say but experiance is also a factor in wining against a stronger and advantages body forinstance the Black Belt Karate Kid vs the Toughest Street fighter we would figure that the street fighter has alot of real fighting experiance while the Karate guy has technique and practices fighting instead of experianceing a reall fight and skill who is gonna win... ? I think the final clash will say all.
As for icepower I agree Taijutsu is a very important factor if you fast enough and side step a move and counter with a good hand combo it just might be the finisher or gain the edge you needed.
I guess it comes down to is that yes you need to train with the jutsus yet you also need to gain experiance with the move, for your opponent might beable to countre to move easly the more practice you get with an opponent the better the edge.

Very true Sithex. A master is only a master because he experienced it in a life threatening situation. If has never been in one then one would say he is just a person that knows alot of stuff.

Its because the more you level and the more your stats will increase. Lets say you have 324 ninjutsu points, and u trained it to 512 and you suddenly level up. Then your ninjutsu points would be at 546.

Re: Learning Elemental Jutsus
Only some jutsus youll be able to purchase.
Some you will need to obtain on your own, either randomly by training, or by meeting certain conditions(stats), and some get from special quests, or by killing special Npcs.
I'll explain the process on my main thread later on.

Yea exactly. And there's jutsus you would be able to learn by Mission's Rewards and everything. But maybe we should make a 'Stat Requirement' for Jutsus. Example: Let's say you're able to get a jutsu similar to Chidori, but if u don't have enough chakra mastery and enought ninjutsu then you won't be able to learn it.
