To create a hideout you will to pay with real money.
Plus if you want to leave your village you will be hunted so if you are a noob you will just keep on dying and you are hideout will be destroyed with no refund.

i found a topic and i saw that there will be a portal that asks you to enter the name and unseal it! and only then you could enter!!no one else could even see it unless you tell them!!!
