I agree, I believe once you become a Chuunin, that's when you can go rogue, until then you won't be able to attack anyone in your village and they won't be able to attack you.

but you should know, you dont NEED to kill other players, its optional, so i think it will be a fun game play style.

euumm..i think you should be able to become a rogue ninja at least at the Chuunin level and not at a Lvl A-Rank+. The Demon Brothers of The Mist weren't A-Ranked ninjas but they were still rogue nins
True, But to become A lvl criminal you can be genin and still be A lvl criminal.
And as i stated in pk\pvp system explanation, once u get to A+ rank criminal, you are kicked from the village, and you are officialy a rogue ninja.

but should should add alot of disadvantages to it, so not everyone will become one. oh and make it so that it is hard to become one

No not alot of disadvantages. They will have equal advantages. Example: Rogue Nins can have some things that normal Nins can't have. But disadvantaging people because they decided to become rogue nins is quite unfair. But I would suggest for those who want to become rogue nins to have good stats because they will be ambushed alot

If you choose to become a rogue ninja. People will hunt you just for money. If you decide to go train your stats and encount other person, he will be able to attack you with no penalty. He will only get money for killing you, and what ever items you drop.
So if you think about it, this is very big disadvantage.

but your only implying that for average people. what if hes one of the strongest players in the game. its quite unfair to the weaker people, because hes a rouge nin, he will be able to withstand almost every attack

Well honestly...what can we do about that O.o?. If he's one of the strongest its because he worked hard for it. We can't penalize him just for that. Then if that's the case then ask the Strongest player (not a GM >.>, or a rogue ninja) to kill him or somethin

Well if he gets teamed by couple of avarage players he can die.
This game will take large part of skill, not only stats. so for example a lvl 40 would be able to kill lvl 80, but the odds are highly against him, But its possible.
And for example if u take like nara, lee, and some other guy, nara could freeze the high lvl lee could whip out lots of damage
all clans will have there advatages and disadvatages compared to other clans.

ahh, finally a good answer.
skill. so this would be like counterstrike? "shoot first to kill" or "if your target is in range, so are you" i think skill should only be a moderate factor otherwise. leveling wouldnt be required. would it?

It will be both sill and stats.
Both will play large role. But it will be balanced so, that for example your lvl 80, fighting lvl 40. There is a chance that lvl 40 could kill you, based on his build, and how well he plays...

By skill i mean, when you fight you will have the ability to outrun your oponent, to dodge his jutsu,taijutsu attack.
But to dodge the attacks you will have to press buttons.
Like left side quick dodge would be
D->D(2 fast clicks on button 2 will make u flash step to the left making a dodge action.) It will be a little bit like gunz if you think about it, but much diffrent.
But stats will matter, and they will give you a huge advatage. But stats will not be playing only role in the game.

and you could fight
lvl 40 thats
4000 nin
0 tai
0 gen
so you see he would be able to do a lot of damage, but he would lack some skills, and hp and chakra to compare to you.

the best thing to do is to be able to get bounty's on ur head if ur a rouge nin and when u leave the village u get -10% exp or something like that

I think that that is really a disadvantage for those who chooses to become a rogue nins. Being a rogue nin is not something bad...why should we take them off -10%? I think they should have some advantages that normal Ninjas can't have

i dont like losing EXP either, so we'll have to put some conditions for rogue nins, so that not everybody would do it, or they would think twice b4 doing it, each side would have its own advantages.

The biggest advantage of being a missing nin is you can use any Jutsu, forbidden or not that is possible with your character without any permission from the Kage plus you can become a s-rank free rein ninja that is just as powerfull if not more then a Kage status
Poorer countries might just rely on a Missing Nin as a defence as they recieve fatty pay$ or trade say jutsu's/secerets let alone missing nin groups.

Hmm...I'm not sure that country's will rely on missing nin in the game because there won't be any small villages without ninjas (or are we going to have some O.o?) that will pay missing nins to pretect them.
