it states that one of the Akatsuki main goal was to have countries rely on them at times of war to increase income. just give it a read im sure other missing nin groups need to be employeed by poorer countries as bounty hunters and what not.

Lol I know but what I mean is that im not sure that ninjas in our game will rely on countrys since we will not have Feudal Lords...

isnt Danzo (creater of ROOT ANBU) a Feudal Lord of te fire country, one of Konaha's biggest issues Danzo doesnt like to share his ideas and power with the Kage (Tsunade)? who we know he relys on his own ANBU teams and not Missing Nin. Point is that Feudal Lords represent an important part in the countrys dissisions instead of just relying on the leader of the hidden village. IDK i think its important. Sorry guys to get a bit off topic not my style but curiosity seemed to overtake my typing

But the problem is...are we going to emplement Feudal Lords? After all they are not ninjas. And about Danzo, he was in competition with Sarutobi for the title of Sandaime Hokage, he wasn't a Feudal Lord but yea he created Root Anbu.
