Looking for some easier ways to create programs for your mobile phone?

Apparently, the easiest way to do so is to use the Andriod DSK which is also completly free.

After lookin at their whole website and the FAQs properly, it seems that it rly isn't a good SDK :
-the only programming language for it is Jaba ( i guessed it since most mobile phones use java runtime )
-there is no mobile where this can be tested on, there's just a mobile emulator to test what u build, but no use xD

thats enough since the 2nd one there just make it be completly useless.
