heres how the village would go they have a good dodging skills and they would also have really good tai justsu skills. they have some kekigenkai i will make the eye later bt heres how it would work they would go beserk and have these strong powers but heres how it works they control all of their justsu without wasting any chakra but here the dis advantage when the time of it is finished you have 1 hp and full chakra so basically its made for emergancies kinda like chojis pills. well i hope you like the idea of my village and if you do i'd like to be the first one to join

Red= Beserker
Black= Darkness village eye lining (given at birth)
middle= eye color you choose

Village is located somewhere between the wind country and the river country refer to http://www.leafninja.com/images/country/World-2_0.gif the village is like the leaf village but a little abstract more cultral i should say
its relationships to the world or the players is there could be an arena for any kinda nin
to fight in there can be tornaments free fights and staked fights the audience can also bid
that would add a economical edge into the game its basically a pvp arena
its special beacause it is a nuetral country but could turn at any moment
their unique jutsus may be kinda like shikimaru's heck it could be exactly like his
it is a taijustsu based i forgot to add there are ninjtsu only battles, taijutsu only battles or both
after every battle you get restored for free

Rather than a village and its relationship to the world\player.

Either edit your post that describes the village or mods will move this to appropriate section. Which is character customization or battle system.
