Clothing Empty Clothing

What about being able to change clothes to change your look? will we be able to change outlets? I only bring this up to think about after the chunin exams. If you are elected chunin do you have to wear the "battle vest" of your country, and to look at most they all seem to wear the same pants and long sleeves also, they all just have different faces. how ever there are some wear different unders and dont wear a vest. I think that we should have the option to wear the vest or not if we make chunin level. so would we have shopes where you can purcahse other clothing?
