Ideas for the Game
Okay, so I've had this idea for a Naruto MMO in my head for, ever, well since I started watching Naruto. Anywayz, I'm going to tell you my ideas, and you can take whatever you want out of my ideas and add it to your game. HOPE IT HELPS!
Introduction
The game starts off, after you made your character the way you want, with a cutscene. The cutscene shows whatever village you chose from the outside, scrolling around the land, giving you and idea of the territory, as well as telling you a slight backround of the village. For example, Konoha would show the forest around, maybe the Hokage's rock, and it would tell about how the village was founded by the Senju(?) and the Uchiha, about how the Uchiha betrayed, and so on and so forth. Finally after the event is over, it will pan to where your character is, which leads to what goes next, leveling.
Leveling
Alright, so now you've got some basic backround of your village, and you see your newly created character, in the academy. The academy is the basic training, where it will teach you your first few jutsu, the basic Bunshin, and Kawarimi, as well as other academy jutsu. You will learn these jutsu by performing handseals, which will be done using "R, F, V, T, G, B, Y, H, and N" keys. Each will be a different handseal.
Academy
When you start off in the academy, you will be just getting done with a class, and will go up to your teacher, and a text will come up, stating your talking to the teacher. When it's done, your teacher will ask you which type of character you want to specialize in, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, or Kenjutsu. After you pick, the teacher will say okay, and he will lead you outside to a training arena. Here he will teach you a few things, first being your basic clones and whatnot, second will be a little extra in the section you selected, people who selected Ninjutsu for example, might be able to learn an extra jutsu that others couldn't, a Genjutsu user getting an illusion. Taijutsu users maybe getting a set of brass knuckles, and kenjutsu users getting a short sword, or a few extra kunai then others. You will then practice a little with your special part.
At the academy stage, you also figure out your chakra affinity. This will be random, since ninjas don't get to choose there affinity, it's only fair you don't. You will do the paper excercise, and get whatever result. You won't be able to work with your affinity just yet, but at the genin stage you will be able to. Once you have completed all of the training, you may move on to genin, which is where the actual game starts.
Genin
This is where you will actually attain "Level 1" at genin, you can either start by doing alot of missions, or training. By doing training, you will earn attribute points. You can put your attribute points into any of your stat bars, including chakra, health, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu, stamina, agility. As you gain more attribute points, it becomes harder and harder to get them, after say twenty attribute points at level one, you may be as strong as a level five, but you will lack experience, and it will also start getting harder and harder to get attribute points, up to say level five.
Missions will be like quests, you have your main storyline missions, and your side missions. The main missions are givin out by the kage of your village, which will be an actual player. If the player isn't playing at that moment, there will be a scroll every time you walk in to get a mission, you can get one from the scroll. Once again, you may do missions to gain experience, and you may do as many missions as you like. Missions give out certain experience points, as you gain more experience points, you level up. At every level, you get 5 attribute points to spend on whatever you like. At level 20, you may officially take the Chunin exams. These will be held once every 2 weeks, having different periods a day, each Chunin exams session lasting about an hour. This is to do the test, which will be made out of random ninja questions, a team part, and a tournament. There will be more on this later. 15 is the level you can start to take the Chunin exams, and 30 being the genin level cap.
Chunin
Okay, so after you pass the Chunin exams, which will be explained later, once again. You will now be a Chunin, you can choose to either train some more, learn new jutsu, which I will explain later as well. You may only buy jutsu for your affinity, and you also have to spend a good time learning them, even more time if you aren't ninjutsu based. At Chunin you can also buy different kinds of weapons for a kenjutsu user, maybe instead of the genin short sword, you could buy a katana, maybe two if you had the money, which could be earned by doing missions, and killing mobs. Taijutsu users would now have the ability to use weights, for training in speed, and strength. This will be explained later as well.
So, after your done training, or doing whatever you want, you can do more missions etc... and you may also choose to get two NPC players on your team, to help you do missions. These will be standard genin characters, and most will be the same, differing in maybe affintity and fighting style. Chunin will mostly be the same as genin, with the fact of course that you get team members. If you took the genin exams when you were at level 15, then you may level up to level 50 to take the Jounin exams, in which you will battle two other chunin, NPC's, and if you beat them, move on to do an A rank mission by yourself, givin out by the kage of your village. The Jounin exams can be done at any time. The level cap for Chunin is 70.
Jounin
This is where the game will most likely end in the leveling are for most players. Some may be able to become the kage of their village, some might not. However, when you become Jounin, you can now lead teams of Chunin, and may also train and learn more jutsu. It is possible, for you to learn almost, all of the jutsu for your element type, but you have to train for a LOONNNGGG time to get this achievement. You will also be givin the ability to get a second affinity, the downside of this though, is that you aren't as good with both affinties, basically meaning that you can't master all the jutsu no matter how long your train.
As a Jounin, you can do missions, and get money, level, and train, but at Jounin level the thing that post would be doing is end game. There will be more on this later. The level cap for Jounin is 100. Jounin can do any rank mission, and can do certain jobs, like be a procter for Chunin exams, mostly for the tournament. There really isn't any point in this, you pretty much will just say when to begin the match (there will be an auto start match if the player doesn't say it within a minute of when the pair is selected.
Kage
It will be possible, to get kage rank. However it is extremely hard, and will not come around often. The only way you can become a kage, is if you kill the current one in a duel, he dies, and selects you to be his preceder, or if he steps down. A kage's has the ability to make peace treatys, declare war, and protect his citizens. The kage can still do missions, and train, and is overall like a Jounin, but has more power.
Okay, now there is alot I left out, so I'll get started on the Chunin exams next, but I gotta go to dinner, so I will write some up later...
By the way, I'm having trouble posting replies, it just comes up with all your posts, and no room for me to post my replies, any way to fix this?

Re: Ideas for the Game
Very organized but about mission as a genin i think they wouldn't be any big mission just small ones and maybe a level 10 or 8 to do the chunin or even lower 20 is kinda high. I like everything except the genin area may need a little more work and you said you will work on it so keep up the work and again very organized.

However there are 12 hand seals. (one for each month is how that was designed)
