It's not bad, but there are some problems with it.

1. I agree with Rave, that picture of Naruto looks horrible.

2. The background is good, but now it's just too crowded with people.

Actually it might be a good idea to include those characters in a banner. Since we don't specifically use Shippuuden characters yet and also we're including the old characters' abilities which isn't in any other Naruto games.
