THIS TOPIC SOUNDS PLAIN BUT IT REALY ISNT, I WAS THINKING THAT WIll (srry for caps) there be a change in the level of jutsu u learn (for every element) after u like get higer ranks? like gennin jutsu arent as good as chunin jutsu and so on, or is it the change in chakra per rank like the higher u r the more chakra u get then the more jutsu u can learn. How r we going to make it so the jutsu r also customizable? also i think that u should also learn jutsu from quests (just not too powerful jutsu). and like the scrolls of like "village secrets", will they contain secrete jutsu for rogues to try to steal? and also we will have to combine elements together to come up with different types of jutsu u can use with combining elements.
