So far there's KageBunshin no Jutsu and [Ability to breath fire, so that includes most Katon]

I've made Housenka No Jutsu by only making fire at set keyframes in the animation

Obviously there's a lot we could do but, can we get the most important / popular ones down please.

The immobolizing of the opponent kind of sucks (other than from the use of kagemane no jutsu.. but that's controlling your opponent), so how exactly would we do this Harem No Jutsu? Determine the perverts and the non-perverts, so it will only work on the perverts.

Yes, i got the list from a website, but i can't remember what site, so i typed it all out.
There's a lot of missing jutsu, but it gives quite a few to play around with. I have double checked spelling, but i probably misspelt something anyway.. if you need to know more about a certain jutsu, google or ask me.

well inorder to stop abuse from massing skills, players will only be allowed to use skills of certain elements (e.g. in the start of a character, you will make a name, choose gender, choose first element (in the jounin exam, they will be able to choose their 2nd element) etc)
