Would you like that all clans have for example. 2000 tai 2000 nin 2000 gen as max chuunin cap.

There's no need for caps, rly... why? cuz as when u level, you change ur job and egt new previllages and stuff ...
so everyone would do the quests as soon as they can to get the next job... and as i said , u shouldn't limit ppl as in : max = xamount of that or that ... u need to let them choose it

I agree and disagree for several reasons, Yet I agree enough with you to change my idea into well more "Free choise idea".

A cap is like...a maximum of something. Like if we choose that the game cap is level 80, then you won't get further than 80
