Get sharingan, Speed boost with sharigan, special jutsus from sharigan. Sharingan of course would drain chakra when activated.
Clan Jutsus-Complete access to all fire justsu.

Sharingan.

Lvl 1-Ability to do sharingan lvl 1 abilities.

1. Movement Speed Boost 20%.(activated automatically when this sharingan is activated)
   
2. Tracking Eye-Ability to see oponents in clone jutsu(once sharingan is activated any oponent will be followed by the user eyes, no matter if the oponent makes clones, uses log replacment, or mei mei(invisibility),this can be accomplished by placing a little red eye or glow to the real oponent automatically by the sharingan when activated)
   
3. Copy Eye- Copy of 3 jutsus and execute them at any time.
   

• Chakra consumption per second 50.
  

Lvl 2- Ability to do sharingan lvl 1,2 Abilities

1. Even Bigger Movement Speed Increase 30%. (activated automatically when this sharingan is activated)
   
2. Sharingan Gaze-which would stun your opponent for 7 seconds.Chakra cost 5,000.
   
3. Copy Eye- Ability to copy total of 6 jutsus and execute them at any time.
   

• Chakra Consumption 100 per second.
  

Lvl 3-Ability to do Sharingan lvl 1,2,3 abilities

1. Movement Speed Boost 40%.(activated automatically when this sharingan is activated)
   
2. Increase Sharingan Gaze time from 7 seconds to 14 seconds. (activated automatically when this sharingan is activated)
   
3. Copy Eye- ability to copy total of 10 jutsus and execute them at any time.
   

• Chakra Consumption 150 per second
  

mangekyou sharingan-Ability to do sharingan lvl 1,2,3 and mangekyou sharingan jutsus.

1. Movement Speed Boost 60% (activated automatically when this sharingan is activated)
   
2. Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon (Moon Reader) Technique
   

Transfers Oponent into tsukuymi realm:
Oponent wont be able to attack and his movement speed will be decreased 90% in tsukuyomi realm.
Casters Offensive damage will be increased 40% in tsukuyomi realm.
The jutsu will last for 30 seconds seconds, then both players will be teleported back to the place where they were last it.
Caster will take -50k Chakra for using Tsukuyomi.
Person that was attacked Will take what ever damage he received in tsukuyomi realm.
Cooldown 1 minute 30 minutes.

1. Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun (Heavenly Illumination) Technique
   

Attacks Oponent or object with black fire.

Damage depends on ninjutsu level.( i will develop a formula for this nin lvl to damage ratio)
Chakra cost for using technique is 50k.
Cooldown 15 seconds.

• Chakra consumption 175 per second.

Great Ideas in there. But Chakra cost for Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are way to large. Remember when Itachi uses both it doesn't seems like he took immense Chakra. An Average Chakra of a Capped player might be like 15,000-20,000 I guess

Variables can be modified.

Also in 30 seconds ill post "rank system\cap system" it will explain the issue better.

I didn't see anything about jutsu copying? Will that be apart of sharingan?

should be a pa rt but not every uchiha with sharingan should have the same sharingan. sasuke itachi madara and kakashi have difference in theirs

Copy Eye- you will copy and execute jutsu exactly at the same time as your opponent.

Also you can leave an opinion and idea of your own... its what these thread are made for, to get a lot of good ideas and to make best choises possible

if 1 of 400 is a uchiha then, lets make it veery hard to get mankekyo. "You have to kill 3 uchihas to obtain mankekyo" for example, what do you say about that?

I find it good, but if we have to kill 3 Uchihas, then it has to be capped Uchihas or Uchihas at your level, because I can surely kill level 2 Uchihas...

When you copy the technique it should be stored in your memory as if you learned a new skill (Like kakashi) And your level determines how many jutsus you can have saved at once (and what lvl the jutsu is)

ahhh, so should we have a limit on how many jutsu you learn, cause if uchihas copy all then they have the opportunity to know al jutsu. I think that at lower levels you should have a cap on how many you can learn but as you gain lvl then there are so many slots it wouldn't matter. But i think that all moves should have there own lvls, so as soon as uchiha copies it, its only a lvl one technique, so they would then have to train that technique so it could be the same level as there oppenets, this is also means that when they copy the technique, that if they use it right away, it wouldn't do as much damage as there oppenents.
