i have ideas for uchiha, and i want to know if they are good and i want to hear your opinions

first when you start the game as an uchiha you start in the uchiha clan area, and you already have fire element,
and for skills:
lvl 1:you just have punches and kicks combos
lvl 2: shuriken throw
lvl 4: great fireball technique
lvl 6: wall runing
lvl 8: great fireball technique, running on water
lvl 10:Sharingan partially activated - One Comma
lvl 12: mythical fire phoenix (rank 1) (shurikens covered with flame)
lvl 14:Great Fireball Technique(rank 3)
lvl 16:Sharingan partially activated - Two Comma
lvl 18:Dragon fire technique(rank1)
lvl 20: sharingan fully activated - three comma
