lets say u want to learn how to control ur chakra or make ur jutsus stronger or learn more jutsus then there should be schools in the game to help u out right?? or go to one of the sensei's to train u like kakashi or jiraiya or lee and so on......

You will get an in-game help but not a School...but at first when you create your char. you will get to learn the basic jutsus

the closest to school you will probrably get is the help menu and beginner tutorial after you create your character
