Hyuuga Clan
Hyuuga Clan-
Would get Byakugan, which would allow you to see your oponents that are
hidding behind trees, you would see there chakra glowing. And would be
able to use the hyuga clan jutsus.
Byakugan-
Ability to see oponents hiding behind walls, tress, or any other kind of
obstacle. Oponents will glow slightly blue for the user.
Also person will gain ability to use its clan jutsus. Chakra drain per second 100.
Gentle Fist-
When this technique is activated it will take 500 oponents per each sucessfull hit.
So you will enter a unique fighting style known as gentle fist, when you will "punch" your oponent and land a hit you will take away 500 chakra +the damage you dealt.
Rotation-
Will block all taijutsu,will reduce ninjtsu damage by 50%, and all genjutsu blocked.
Chakra cost 25,000. Cooldown 30 seconds.
Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou - Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand
Will deal 50,000 damage, and take away 70% of chara.
Chakra cost 100,000. Cooldown 1 minute.

But what about seeing in 360 degrees of vision. If this game is third person and you are always looking at your characters back, then how would you know if someone sneaks up behind you? My idea to this problem is to use a radar like the pic below,
When you start off the radar is small and displays a huge area locating that an enemy is to your left right front or back, but its not sure exactly where, and as you gain level and get more experience rings are added, this would help to show an enemy to the right and as they get closer the ring moves in a level to show that the enemy is closer to them.

Fantastic idea.
I forgot all about this, and this is a really important thing.
And I really like how u worked out the whole radar thing, it could definitely work in the game!@

Wow.. that's great.. the ring could also get wider temporarily while you stand still & become aware of your environment.
