We were going to Run into this Issue sooner or latter so Lets get started. We need Ideas For
Sealing Scrolls
Element Sealing (Jariya seals the black flame)
Chakra Seals
Cursed Seals
Advance Sealing (Yellow Flash, Tailed Demons, 5 Element Sealer, etc)
Summoning Scrolls (Kakashi used to make the dogs summon underground)
I Guess that Starts us off if there is anymore ideas just add them freely

Well im getting started
Sealing Scrolls : Judgeing by what Sorlaize stated that weight isnt an issue for he mentionded about keeping weightpacks in sealing scrolls to make it easyer on the character. I would also have to think that the Sealing scrolls increase in size by the amount being stored in the scroll. For example Tenten uses a giant scroll to store hundreds of weapons even using it to attack her opponent by using the sumoning to launch her weapons from the scroll. My guess is that we are going to need levels of Sealing Scrolls Training.
Element Sealing Scrolls: Jarriya uses this technique when Itachi used his Black Flame to penitrate the frogs stomic to excape his attack. Because the flames would burn for 7 days and nights Jariya decided to seal the flames away into a scroll. So the same concept i would guess this is a very advance style therfore youd have to be skilled alot in seals.
Chakra Seals: Granny Chyno from sand used this to seal the users chakra from use on Sasori so he couldnt use his chakra strings to manipulate other puppets to attack. Im not to sure how to go upon this one...?
Cursed Seals: Currently there are 5 different cursed seals in the anime and 6 in the manga. I guess Orochimaru curently is the only one who can preform these Cursed Seals
Advance Seals Techniques : 5 Point Barriers, 5 Element Sealer (Orochimaru used on Naruto), Yellow Flash (Draws a seal and can travel to the spot at increadable speeds), Sealing the Bieju, Evil Sealing Method (Kakashi used on Sasuke to help him control his cursed seal) etc. Sealing Techniques can get very advanced and im guessing the Sealing Scroll in the first episoed / manga of all the forbiden technique would contain all the seals known to the village.
Summoning Scrolls: .... More advanced way of summoning a beast/animal use by Tamera (Chick with the oversize fan) and Kakashi he used one to Summon the dogs under earth for a concealed attack

How do we plan on making seals since they have to be drawed or is it going to be like a jutsu you can just select with a mouse sorta deal??? And what training would be involved

so from the naruto i READ
there are
scrolls
chakra palance
and hand seals.
hand seals need to be modded and drawn
chakra balance is a modd (glow on a character before he uses skill, other wise known as chargin up)
scroll as when u sacrifice chakra to summon or offer blood to summon items
this is a modd and needs to be modded as well with the effects.

i said it before i'll say it again
There should be seals that you put in your bar lets say my character has a lightning element chakra i did some quests and obtained chidori from sasuke i used it 1000 times and i finally got past the jounin exams so i did 3 missions for kakashi and he gave me raikiri...
my seal bar
1. /2. /3. /4.
OX / rabbit /monkey/ spread fingers
then i press:1,4,2,4,3,4>>>=raikiri after 10 000 times succesfully used raikiri i gain a raikiri macro so i just press 1 and my character goes 1,4,2,4,3,4=raikiri
ofc raikiri can blow my head of when im trying to use it but when i master it if i have chakra i will always succeed.

The topic isn't hand seals it is Paper seals/drawing/tattoo etc. Stuff rarely discussed

Well, I believe that Summonings, has its own topic due to how big of an impact it will have on the game.
As for paper scrolls/drawings/tattoos im curious what you mean?
If you haven't seen Shippuuden then you may not want to read spoiler below!
And what do you mean by tattoos? I have seen only up to Shippuuden 30 something... and I dont remember any other tattoos giving strenght or anything, besides the cursemarks, unless the curse mark tattoos are what your talking about?

And how Sai drawins black and white animals that come to life with his chakra?
If that is what you mean then I think that we would have to have preset drawings. What I mean is that if you decided to be an artist, you start off with one beast that you infuse with chakra that comes out to fight. As you get stronger and inrease your drawing abilites, you get more beasts, bigger, stronger and faster beasts also. Maybe to do this, you have to press and hold a button for lie 3 seconds, and in that tie you see your character open a scroll and draw like a couple black lines and poof, a monster appears.
and to make things a bit interesting, maybe we could have special side quests for artists to go on, and when they defeat a paticualr kind of NPC monster (say a dragon, they learn the ability to draw that monster up, and there could be mulitple of them, that way not all artists draw the exact same monster.

Well I'm talking about Paper Scrolls (Kakashi uses with a summoning jutsu so the dogs can travel underground and attack the oppent) or Object Summoning or When Jariya sealed the black flame into the scroll.
By drawings i was talking about notes like exploding notes (Various types), uhh barrier Notes, Chakra seals.

uhh Drawings in your way of talk is a who different topic but Sai jutsu is just bringing his drawing to life and using it like a simple being. Simular to Clay molds the Chakra and jutsu you place into it both determines its abilities.
Well Tattoo seals like the 4th 9Tails seal that Naruto has. Or the Cursed seal it would be considered a tattoo seal. Orochimaru has a snake summoning tattoo on his forearm. there are plenty you can check them all out at http://www.leafninja.com

I see what you mean, well somethings have there own topics and have been discussed elsewhere.
maybe we should be allowed to carry blank scrolls in your bacpack, and when you come across something like black fire, yu can pull it out and seal it on it. And I think that you should be able to buy paper bombs from the store or maybe you maybe there is a class, that allwos you to write your own, and all you need to do is collect ink from flowers and carve out peices of wood to write on.

Ya the empty scroll part is a really good idea but i say ink can be bought at a store. And well there isnt any point attempting to draw seals with your mouse so the system will have to be similar to Ninjutsu just instead of hand seals (Depending circumstances) your character takes time drawing the seals, speed varying on skill. I would even consider a sealing jutsu involving notes you draw and place into an area to form a barrier.
Yet again There are Seals like the 5 element sealer which involve molding chakra in the form of a seal to each finger and sealing off the 5 element chakra. Fuuinjutsu techniques are the Ninjutsu sealing techniques of the ninja. They allow the ninja to contain the elements and demons.
Bijuu (Tailed Beast) Attachment (Chiyo Version - Unnamed)
Character Use: Chiyo

This unnamed Fuuinjutsu technique attached the Shukaku Ichibi to Gaara's unborn body. Shukaku was attached to two Sand ninja previously by Chiyo, presumably using this same technique. To attach the demon, the technique must bring the two beings into synch, both bijuu and human. As a consequence of the attachment, Gaara's mother Karura lost her life. Akatsuki has termed the attachment of demons to an individual and the resulting loss of life a "Jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice." Such a technique will grant the human portions of the demons power. Kazekage hoped this would create an ultimate ninja, who would have near unlimited chakra from the demon. As a result of Shukaku's attachment, the demon protects Gaara with nearby sand.
Fuuin Teppeki - Sealed Iron Wall

Fuuja Houin - Evil Sealing Method

Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.
Fuujutsu Kyuuin - Sealing Technique Absorption Seal

Fuujutsu Kyuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by Pain to absorb the substance of incoming attacks. This seal will absorb both plain chakra and elemental attacks. He does this by reversing his chakra flow to draw the external attack deep within his body and nullify it.
Fuuka Houin - Fire Sealing Method

Fuuka Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique that allows the ninja to seal away a nearby fire. After unrolling a scroll to hold the fire, the ninja writes the needed sealing incantation onto the scroll. Then by forming the needed handseals, a vapor will emanate from the scroll to encompass the fire and take it back to the scroll for sealing.
Fuukoku Houin - Dark Sealing Method

Fuukoku Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by the Sound Four. This seal is used in conjunction with the Shikokumujin. After the Sound Four seal the individual in the container, they further add this seal as another layer of protection. To create the seal, the Sound member will write the incantation in blood on the sealing paper and then attach it to the container. Finally the Sound member will form the needed hand seal and activate it.
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin - Complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal

Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the bijuu (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilites. Once they capture one of the jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.
The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous jinchuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.
Gofuu Kekkai - Five Seal Barrier

Gofuu Kekkai is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier to the entrance of their cave. The cave door itself is marked with one tag, and four other tags are located within a few hundred meters of each other. To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment.
Knowing that the barrier has this weakness, Akatsuki added a further protection, in Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu. When the four surrounding tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the ground and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.
Gogyou Fuuin - Five Elements Seal

Gogyou Fuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Sannin Orochimaru. Orochimaru forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He used this odd numbered seal to disrupt the affects of the even numbered Shishou Fuuin placed on Naruto's stomach by the Fourth Hokage. The Gogyou Fuuin would disrupt the Shishou Fuuin's ability to let the Kyuubi's chakra blend into Naruto's chakra.

Gogyou Kaiin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Leaf Sannin Jiraiya. Jiraiya forms an elemental unseal on each of his fingers, one for each of the follwoing five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He then applies his hand with force to the Gogyou Fuuin to remove it.
Hakke no Fuuin Shiki - Eight Divination Signs Seal Style

Hakke no Fuuin Shiki was a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Fourth Hokage. The Hakke no Fuuin Shiki was used in conjunction with the Shiki Fuujin technique to seal the Kyuubi demon within the stomach of Naruto. The Hakke no Fuuin Shiki allows the two Shishou Fuuin to leak the Kyuubi chakra back into Naruto's own chakra.
Infuuin • Kai - Secret Mark Seal • Release

Infuuin • Kai is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Tsunade that allows her to use the Souzou Saisei technique. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body.
Kyuubi Chakra Seal (Unnamed)
Character Use: Jiraiya, Hatake Kakashi

This unnamed Kyuubi chakra sealing tag was given to Hatake Kakashi by the Sannin Jiraiya. When Jiraiya and Naruto left to train for two and a half years, Naruto began to further develop his ability to call on the chakra of the Kyuubi. Unfortunately the power of the Kyuubi would become too much, turning Naruto more feral and animalistic than ever before. When Naruto would lose control, the Kyuubi chakra would pour forth, and a tail would appear as the Kyuubi chakra increased. This special tag is placed on Naruto's forehead to stop this process. It will quickly begin to weaken Naruto and cut off the intense power of the Kyuubi.
Sanbou Kyuukai - Three Buddhist Treasures Vacuum Destruction
Character Use: Chiyo (Chikamatsu Puppets)

Fun Fact: The three treasures are the Buddha, priesthood and spirtual acts, the very kanji marking the mouths of these three puppets.
Sanbou Kyuukai is a Ninjutsu technique used by three of puppet master Chiyo's Chikamatsu puppets. The puppets come together to form a pyramid. After forming a hand seal, a great suction will draw in all the surrounding targets to the area between their bodies. Once the sucked in materials reach this area they are broken down into nothingness in the swirling vortex.
Shiki Fuujin - Corpse Spirit Sealing Method
Character Use: Fourth Hokage, Third Hokage

Shiki Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by the Fourth Hokage. A variation of this technique was used to seal the Kyuubi within Naruto. The technique was taught to the Third Hokage who later used it in battle. After calling forth the Shinigami (Death God) with the proper handseals, the user will hand over their soul in exchange for the Death God removing the soul from his target. The ultimate sacrificial jutsu, this technique can be used by a Kage Bunshin, but the Death God will still remove the original caster's soul.
With the jutsu activated, a spectral form of the caster will appear in front of the Death God. The Death God will push his arm through this spectral body, and the arm will extend from the chest of the real caster. This forces the caster to be close or grasping his target. The arm will reach out into the body of the target, and draw their soul from their body. If the Death God is unable to remove the whole soul because of the near death of the caster, it can remove it's knife and merely slice off a portion of the spectral form's soul to consume. This will render the targets corresponding body part dead and useless. The soul portion removed will then be sealed within the chest of the caster. Both the soul of the target and the caster will never pass into the afterlife. They will be condemned to suffer in the Death God's stomach for all eternity, locked in a hated combat, never to escape.

Fuuinjutsu • Shishi Heikou is created by one of the ten Chikamatsu puppets. This seal prevents the one sealed from manipulating chakra. There are two methods for this seal.
In the first, the puppet will expel a hazy orb from its mouth which can be thrown. While flying through the air, the orb will lose it's haze and grow in size to a huge gaping beast-like head. The large teeth can grab ahold of the person it hits and pin them to a wall. Once the it impacts the wall, it will immediately release the seal onto the surface.
In the second form, the main puppet will expel the seal from its mouth onto a surface it is touching.
Shishou Fuuin - Four Image Seal

Shishou Fuuin was a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Fourth Hokage. The Shishou Fuuin was used in conjunction with the Shiki Fuujin technique to seal the Kyuubi demon within the stomach of Naruto. The Hakke no Fuuin Shiki was used to make the two Shishou Fuuin allow the escape of the Kyuubi's chakra back into Naruto's own chakra. This allows Naruto to draw on the chakra of the Kyuubi and still keep the Kyuubi itself imprisoned. Naruto can access this chakra whenever he experiences heightened emotions or when his own chakra is drained.

Tensha Fuuin • Amaterasu is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. Seeking to protect his brother from Uchiha Madara, Itachi sealed his Amaterasu within his younger brother's left eye. Upon coming into contact with Madara's Sharingan, Sasuke's eye will begin to bleed and activate a Mangekyou resembling Itachi's. This Mangekyou will then unleash Amaterasu's black flames on Madara.

Shiki Fuujin (Naruto)

This seal was attached to Naruto shortly after birth by the Fourth Hokage. When the Kyuubi demon fox attacked Leaf Village, the Fourth Hokage sacrificed his life to capture and imprison the Kyuubi into the body of baby Naruto. This eight trigram style seal allows the chakra of the Kyuubi to bleed through the upper and lower Four Symbol seals into Naruto, while still keeping the Kyuubi imprisoned.
Shiki Fuujin (Third Hokage)
Wearer: Third Hokage
This seal was formed on the Third Hokage when he removed the souls of the First and Second Hokage from their sacrificial host body. It also was formed on his stomach when he removed a portion of Orochimaru's soul. The Shiki Fuujin "Demonic Soul Seal" was developed by the Fourth Hokage. This technique involves calling forth the Shinigami (Death God). The Shinigami will remove the soul of the target, unfortunately the jutsu caster will also have their soul ingested by the Death God.

Earth Seal

This seal was attached to the Sound ninja Kimimaro by Orochimaru. It is said to be equal in power as the Heaven Seal.
Kidoumaru's Unnamed Seal
Wearer: Kidoumaru
This seal was attached to the body of Sound ninja Kidoumaru by Orochimaru. Note this was only briefly seen in the anime, it has yet to be officially confirmed anywhere else.
Sakon's Unnamed Seal
Wearer: Sakon and Possibly Ukon
This three dot seal was attached to Sakon's forehead by Orochimaru. Ukon's infection spread resembles that of his brother, however we have not seen his seal directly.
Tayuya's Unnamed Seal
Wearer: Tayuya
This seal was attached to the back of Sound ninja Tayuya's neck by Orochimaru.
Juin Jutsu - Hyuuga Branch Family Seal (Anime and English Manga)
Wearer: Hyuuga Branch Family
This seal is attached to the members of the Hyuuga Branch Family. Is is placed on the family member at birth to ensure the secrets of the Byakugan do not fall into enemy hands. It also ensures the Branch member follows the orders of the Main House. When the seal is placed on the Branch members forehead, their mind can be destroyed by a hand seal known only by the Main family.

Hatake Kakashi attempted to seal the Heaven Seal placed on Sasuke by Orochimaru. It was hoped the seal would help prevent the cursed seal from activating on Sasuke's neck.
Gogyou Fuuin (Five Element seal)
Wearer: Uzumaki Naruto
When Orochimaru saw the power of the Kyuubi pouring forth from Naruto in the Forest of Death, he placed this seal around Naruto's Shisou Fuuin on his stomach. The seal served to disrupt Naruto's ability to control his chakra. Naruto was unable to harmonize his chakra with that of the Kyuubi, causing his chakra use to be wasteful and unsteady.
Unsealing
Gogyou Kaiin (Five Element Unseal)
Caster: Jiraiya
After Orochimaru placed the Gogyou Fuuin (Five Element Seal) on Naruto's chest to disrupt Naruto's chakra, Jiraiya was able to remove the seal with the unsealing method. Jiraiya gathered chakra into his hand, with each finger utilizing one of the elements, and then with a quick strike struck Naruto on the seal on his stomach and dispatched Orochimaru's seal.
